To ensure smooth transactions and also to avoid delays, Please follow the below steps:
Step 1:
Browse through the items and fill up the order form to purchase any item. Alternatively, you may write to ecobeautystore@gmail.com for orders or further enquiries.
Step 2:
Please fill up name, contact number, shipping address and items to be purchased.
Step 3:
We will reply your email within 24 hours to confirm the availability of items requested.
Step 4:
Once confirm, bank details will be provided to make payment. Payments must be made within 3 days upon confirmation of order or order will be cancelled.
Step 5:
After payment has been made, please send us a notification email to ecobeautystore@gmail.com including bank name, transaction date and amount of payment.
For online bank in : Please email the print screen of transaction proof.
For ATM transfer : Please scan the transaction receipt and email to us.
Step 6:
Items will be deliver within 3 working days once payment has been received. Courier service provider information and tracking number will be provided via sms / email.
